We have the latest CNC machinery, up to date, state of the art cad cam software and modern tooling which enables us to produce excellent surface finishes whilst working to the tightest tolerances the material allows. We are happy to produce and quote for components using anything from 2D hard copy drawings through to 3D cad models and can also reverse engineer from existing parts.

Our bespoke aluminium components are manufactured to the same high standards as all our plastic products and our new machinery and up to date modern tooling allow us to produce precision parts using the highest feed rates possible. This means our aluminium machining service can offer very competitive rates along with short, flexible lead times.

The Haas VF2 YT vertical CNC machining center gives us the flexibility we need with a high power, a great Y-axis travel and the capacity for up to 20 tools.

Doosan Lynx2100LY
Lynx2100LY series is a new model with additional Y axis on the Lynx2100 series and enables to complete complex machining using only one setup. High precision off-center machining is possible and the productivity has been highly improved through outstanding reduction of both cutting time and non-cutting time for complex shapes machining.
CR Clarke 1500mm Hot Wire Line Bender
This machine allows materials from 0.5 to 8mm to be accurately bent, while a hinged upper beam holds the material in position during the heating cycle. The machine has a maximum working length of 1500mm with materials of 8mm.
Super A flame polisher
The Super A flame polisher can polish up to 10mm in one pass. Great results are achieved by the flame polisher on all grades of clear and transparent acrylic, which give a high gloss finish. Use on most opaque acrylics generally gives a gloss or satin polish.
CNC DYNAMICS 3020
The CNC Dynamics 3020 is specifically aimed at jumbo sheet applications. It is ideal for nest based manufacturing. CNC Dynamics 3020 fitted with our 2018 Dynamics Plus CNC system with ultra high speed contouring. CadCam ready. High-speed machining functions for fast nesting operations with high-speed processing for complex geometry and massive part program memory.
